I just had my top and bottom eyeliner done by Shelby, and I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve had eyeliner tattooed before, so I’m coming from an experienced customer, and this was a completely different (and better) experience. Shelby made sure I was comfortable, numb, and okay every single step of the way. The pain was way less than my previous experience, and the recovery has been amazing—no purple bruising, no extreme swelling, just smooth healing. From start to finish, it was honestly perfect.
