I’m on week 7 of my 12 weeks with monica. She has been great to work with: responsive encouraging and knowledgeable . Food has been good and I’m getting noticeable muscle gain. I have lost 10 pounds and lost 4 inches of my waist already. I can’t wait to see where I will be in another 7 weeks!
