Just visited my sister at this facility who has all of the sudden a broken tail bone on each side which no one knows how it happened? Why didn't My Brother n Law or children demand an investigation as to what happened? Why because my sisters family don't care, she is a burden. No one knows how it happened? My sister has declined heavily since she entered this facility approximately one year ago. When I called her I could only talk with her over a speaker phone and the conversation was monitored, she was sedated WHICH SHE DID NOT NEED TO BE SEDATED.

Had an appointment at 9am for my grandmother to take a tour and no one showed up so we sat there for 45 minutes. We finally left as we sat there being ignored. The residents were being treat awful from what we saw and we had enough. This place isn't somewhere I would put my grandmother.
