My partner and I were struggling with communication, and counselling helped us rebuild trust. The counsellor remained neutral and helped us understand each other’s emotional needs. We left every session stronger.

I have worked with Brittany for the past few months and she is an excellent therapist. Speaking as someone who has had trouble connecting with therapists in the past, Brittany’s enthusiasm, compassion and sincerity creates a uniquely low pressure space to discuss difficult topics. She is insightful and does a good job of challenging my perspectives and assumptions and allowing me to grow because of it. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for help. Also, getting placed with a good therapist is usually a headache, but this process was exceptionally straight forward.

Brittany ironically is my therapist and ONE OF MY FAVORITE parts of my week! She is kind , compassionate , understanding and helpful! She has helped me regain control of my life , emotions and relationships. I would and have highly recommended her and this therapy company to anyone in need !
