Sami gave us our two tours. The first tour was for me and my husband to check the place out before my Dad toured. Sami was personable and caring. She gave us a thorough tour of the place including a tour of the guest suite. The guest suite is an apartment that is used for guests wanting a trial overnight stay before committing. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. My Dad is currently on the waitlist. Thank you Carolina Bay for the hospitality.
